Thanks for dropping by and sharing my journey through romance.  I love everything about falling in love, from the silly and cheap gifts, to the thoughtful one that shows that someone was actually listening to me. 

I write books that I would want to read.  I like reading about heroines who have had some life experiences and are not afraid to grab life by the horns and hang on for the ride of their life. 

I have been writing about romance probably most of my life.  I first fell in love with writing in junior high when I discovered Langston Hughes.  He will always be my favorite. Later I cut my  romantic teeth on Harlequins during my teenage years and the rest is history.

In addition to writing romance, I dipped my toes in romantic suspense.  These novels are under my pen name of Kennedy Shaw. To date, I have six novels based in the fictitious town of Wright City, Texas.

I try to write my novels with a family theme, because I believe we are nothing without the support of our loved ones. I am thankful for this journey and I'm glad you've decided to join me on this one.
